As a Digital Content Manager at Bizowl, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our online presence. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of content management, social media strategy, and brand positioning. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. This role is integral to establishing and maintaining a strong digital presence for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation: Create high-quality and engaging content, including posts, articles, visuals, and videos, that align with our brand's voice and messaging.
Content Design: Collaborate with designers or use design tools to create visually appealing and on-brand content assets.
Brand Positioning: Work on strategies to strengthen our brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule content publication, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of our content and social media efforts.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align content and social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve our digital content strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital content management, social media strategy, and content creation.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and content design software.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary - No fixed Salary, We will offer you ESOPs. 1-3% depending on the time and work you will give us.
