The Role:
As a Digital Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of digital activity across the OTR App and website. Reporting into the Digital team, this role is critical in ensuring all in-app products, pricing and promotions are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
You will provide:
Execution of RAMP and QSR offers and promotional activity within the OTR App
Setup and management of product listings, pricing, availability and removals
Coordination of in-app banners, imagery, messaging and campaign content
Accurate and timely delivery of promotions and campaigns
Navigation and management of multiple backend systems including D365 and AWS
Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to improve future activity
Updating website content to align with live app campaigns
Ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints

About You:
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Confident working across multiple digital systems and platforms
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of digital campaigns and promotional execution
Strong organisational and time management skills
Collaborative approach, with the ability to work across Digital, Marketing and IT teams
A proactive mindset with accountability for delivery
