HOW YOU’LL DO IT:
In this entry level role, you’ll bring campaigns to life by managing trafficking, launch processes, and daily delivery tasks. You will:
Ad Operations & Campaign Delivery
Manage end‑to‑end trafficking of display, video, and audio campaigns across NZME ad servers
Gather, test, and load creative assets in collaboration with account managers and clients
Monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot delivery issues, and support performance optimisation
Work closely with Digital Campaign Managers to enhance campaign outcomes
Sales & Commercial Support
Action and process bookings from NZME Sales and Marketing teams
Enter campaign details accurately across internal systems
Communicate creative specifications and support the resolution of availability or booking conflicts
Campaign Quality & Administration
Maintain meticulous trafficking and booking records
Identify potential delivery challenges early and suggest practical solutions
Ensure all campaign materials meet required specifications and go live on schedule
Provide prompt, professional responses to internal and external queries
ABOUT YOU:
You’re organised, curious, and eager to grow your skills in the digital media space. You bring:
Experience & Skills
A background or interest in marketing, digital media, or similar studies/experience
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (advantageous but not essential)
Strong Microsoft Office capability, including intermediate Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Communication & Teamwork
Confidence communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing positively to team culture
