Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is looking for an experienced Copywriter who loves all things food to work within the Coles content team.

Role and Responsibilities:
If you’re a digital-first wordie foodie and want to flex your skills in a fast paced, creative environment, this is a great role for you. Embedded in the Coles Content team, you’ll work alongside Australia’s most awarded food publishing team to ideate and create targeted digital content across web and edm.
We’re looking for a passionate writer who understands food content creation - from recipes to tips and tricks - audience and customer needs and wants to create content that ticks all the boxes.
Generate innovative and compelling content ideas for the food category, including but not limited to website and EDM.
Deliver regular digital-first content with a high level of accuracy and efficacy.
Contribute to content ideation sessions, providing creative input and suggesting innovative ideas across all campaigns and content streams.
Align content creation with overall digital and marketing strategies.
Work closely with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
Implement SEO best practices in content creation and distribution.
Actively drive the best practice process, leading by example.
Who are you?
You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in client content creation.
You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
You manage your own workload in order to complete all tasks with maximum efficiency and to deadline
You display a genuine intention to work cooperatively with others and offers to help where possible in an effort to achieve common goals
You are able to comfortably juggle multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
