Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is looking for an experienced Copywriter who loves all things health, beauty and lifestyle to work within the Coles content team.

Role and Responsibilities:
If you stay on top of beauty trends, have a broad interest across all lifestyle categories and want to flex your digital writing skills, this is a great role for you. Embedded in the Coles Content team, you’ll contribute to growing Coles online lifestyle presence by creating optimized digital content across health, beauty, family and home.
We’re looking for a passionate writer who understands audience and customer needs and wants to create content that ticks all the boxes.
+ Work with SEO-led keywords to generate innovative and compelling content ideas for the lifestyle category.
+ Deliver regular digital-first content with a high level of accuracy and efficacy.
+ Contribute to content ideation sessions, providing creative input and suggesting innovative ideas across all campaigns and content streams.
+ Align content creation with overall digital and marketing strategies.
+ Work closely with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
+ Implement SEO best practices in content creation and distribution.
+ Actively drive the best practice process, leading by example.
Who are you?
+ You have 5-7 years of relevant experience in client content creation.
+ You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ You manage your own workload in order to complete all tasks with maximum efficiency and to deadline
+ You display a genuine intention to work cooperatively with others and offers to help where possible in an effort to achieve common goals
+ You are able to comfortably juggle multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
