Job Description
The Better ways of working programme is part of a broader programme that will enable Danske Bank transform the way it operates, divided in 3 streams:
• Customer Journeys acceleration
• Ways of Working redesign
• IT Industrialisation
The IT Industrialisation track will succeed with modernizing Danske Bank architecture, Multi Cloud environment, APIs and optimizing on our tools and processes, to enable and ensure that we, in collaboration of the other two streams, can build a Better Bank and continue to maintain an innovative environment once the programme will achieve its purpose.
The team
You will be joining the Digital Core tribe as a Tribe Architect, working closely with the leadership and teams to conceptualize and propel our modernization of the core banking platform. You will closely collaborate with the bank's tribe leadership and enterprise architecture teams to align the modernization approaches and implementation. Additionally you will also have a team of architects within the tribe reporting into you.
Bring knowledge and set standards
• Build and continuously expand and propagate topics of architecture, IT engineering and implementation with the development teams
• Assist define a product vision for the core banking capabilities spanning business capabilities, product engineering and service ownership
• Align on architectural demands and match of service portfolio with IT development teams and Product Owners, to support business strategy and requirements
• Lead day-to-day work for designing an As-Is overview of application portfolio and supervising it, with input from various squad members
• Bring thought leadership on how to improve our API enablement, Cloud adoption and modernization approaches
Solution designs and Support teams
• Support and coach engineering teams and product owners on a day-to-day basis, to define requirements in their area, design new target architecture and implementation process requirements (with key focus on API enablement, Cloud adoption, service landscape description & implementation)
• Consult with key stakeholders, e.g. infrastructure and product teams to ensure consistency
