Linxio is a leading SaaS company based in Sydney, Australia founded in 2013. The software is a world-class GPS Fleet Management & team productivity software that helps businesses improve customer service, increase productivity, reduce costs and get maximum performance from their fleet, assets and team.
As a Digital Creative Designer at Linxio, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence our brand's visual identity across a variety of platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, graphic web and print design, with a major focus on web design using either Elementor Theme Builder on WordPress or Webflow.
Tasks
1. Design and implement creative assets: You'll be responsible for the visual aesthetics of our website, landing pages, email newsletters, social media channels, and other marketing materials. This could include the design of graphics, templates, layouts, and user interfaces.
2. Create and manage a cohesive visual identity: Ensure our branding is consistent and effectively communicates our values and identity. This includes developing style guides, colour palettes, typography, and imagery that are consistent across all platforms and mediums.
3. Conceptualise and create promotional materials: You'll design visually compelling print materials for campaigns, such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. This involves working closely with the marketing team to understand the goals of the campaign and creating designs that convey our message effectively.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams: You'll work cross-functionally to ensure all designs align with our business objectives and enhance user experiences. This might involve collaborating on the layout of a new webpage, designing visuals for a product launch, or creating graphics for a marketing campaign.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates: Keep abreast of the latest trends in web and graphic design, and ensure you're proficient with the latest updates to design software and platforms.
6. Feedback integration: Utilise feedback from team members and customers to iterate and improve designs. You'll need to be open to constructive criticism and able to adapt your designs based on user needs and feedback.
7. Conversion optimisation: Apply design principles to ensure all assets and pages are optimised for usability and conversion. This could involve creating wireframes and prototypes, performing A/B testing, and studying user behaviour to optimise design elements.
8. Manage and prioritise multiple projects: You'll often be working on several projects at once, so effective time management skills are essential. This will also involve setting timelines and delivering projects within the deadline.
9. User research and evaluation: Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences. Use this information to create designs that enhance the user experience. Evaluate user feedback and use it to make iterative improvements to your designs.
10. Maintaining a well-organised digital asset library: Keep all digital assets, including graphics, images, and design elements, well-organised and up-to-date. This includes archiving old assets and ensuring new ones are easy to find and use.
11. Ensure designs are in line with accessibility standards: As part of the design process, make sure all your work adheres to established web accessibility guidelines and standards to make our content accessible to all users.
