We are building a team of digital focussed individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help the client transform their digital marketing capabilities.
We are looking for a creative, Junior Digital Designer, who is proficient in digital design with the ability to produce e-commerce, user interface webpage designs and social media designs, including engaging social imagery, e-commerce advertising, eDM designs, illustrations and basic motion graphics.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Digital Design Requirements
Create, design, and develop digital assets to support interactive campaigns including, including but not limited to; email, microsites, landing pages, social media, eCommerce channels and online banner advertising
Confidently propose and present sound rationale for their work, displaying solid understanding of user flows, digital best practice and user requirements
Collaborate with the existing team to ensure designs are innovative and continuously optimised for digital channels
Ensure all work is aligned with digital best practices
Work in a mobile first mind set
Be an innovative and creative thinker who constantly pushes their work to embrace new and emerging design trends
UX / UI Requirements
Translate technical and business requirements into concise user requirements and wireframes
Create and modify wireframes, user flows, functional specs and prototypes using primary and secondary research and analysis methods to define best in class customer experiences across 3M digital channels (3M.com, social media and partner sites such as Lazada and Amazon).
Use existing templates from a Design Pattern Library (DPL) to creating user flows and prototypes
Knowledge of UX design software (i.e. Adobe CC, Axure, InVision, etc.)
