Collaborate with clients, account executives, designers, users, and other parties to deliver best in class solutions
Facilitating design discussions with internal teams, clients, and users
Passion for design, discovering new products, platforms, and solutions to drive innovation for our clients
Knowledge of visual accessibly standards (WGAC/501c/ADA)
Work well in team environments and maintaining files for shareability and other designers to collaborate
Brand management — understanding and working within style guides, but always innovating and elevating our client’s identities
Presenting and communicating design ideas through animated prototypes, coded examples, or detailed documentation for final execution by dev
Experience using Adobe Animate, Bannerflow, or other platforms to create ads built to IAB standard and vendor compliance for distribution with high attention to detail
Image editing and optimization
