Workwith Product and UX teams to be part of a team of engineers indeveloping elegant code, state-of-the-art customer experiencesand build industry leading digital experiences Collaborateto drive solutions that would reduce cost and time to market Participatein Program Increment (PI) planning and establish communicationacross all team and Product Owners Participatein Agile Scrum team activities including Sprint Planning,Grooming, Daily Scrum, Review and Retro Expertisein React-JS, Node JS HTML5, CSS Buildand deploy services using Gradle, Maven, Jenkins etc. as part ofCI/CD process Willbe responsible for end-to-end application delivery includingcoordination with required teams for production deployment Continuouslymonitoring application health and KPIs, support triage of anyproduction issues as and when needed Collaboratein troubleshooting complex data, features, service, platformissues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolveproduct and operational issues Bean advocate of security best practices, champion and support theimportance of security within engineering, partnering withDigital and Enterprise security teams and digital product ownersto ensure compliance Providetechnical guidance and mentoring to the fellow engineers insoftware design and development activities RequiredQualifications: 5+years of overall IT/Digital development experience 4+years of Retail eCommerce applications 4+years of hands-on experience in developing responsive webpages leveraging React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) orNext.js 3+years of experience developing microservices and cloud nativeapplications Strongproficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and theJavaScript object model PreferredQualifications: Experiencewith agile development required, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)experienced preferred Experiencein handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills thrives working in ahighly iterative, agile, and open team environment Experiencewith any cloud provider (GCP, Azure, AWS) Good understanding andworking experience in IT Security best practices and othercompliance standards such as ADA, HIPAA, PCI DSS
