We are looking for talented freelance Digital Graphic Designers to join our growing team for a long-term collaboration. As our marketing team expands, we need designers who can work on projects as they come in, with varying timelines. The goal is to build a lasting relationship so that you’re ready to assist us whenever the need arises, supporting our small in-house design team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media: Create engaging graphics for posts, stories, and ads across platforms like LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Blog Content: Design visually appealing images, infographics, and illustrations to complement blog articles.
• YouTube: Design eye-catching thumbnails, video covers, and end screens.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs align with campaign goals.
• Ensure all designs strictly follow brand guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Digital Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in creating graphics for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Expertise in designing YouTube thumbnails and video covers.
• Solid understanding of image optimization for both web and mobile.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of animation (GIFs, simple motion graphics).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across designs.
Timeline and Engagement:
• Due to the nature of our projects, we often receive requests with short notice (sometimes one day to the next). We will coordinate the delivery timeline for each assignment individually with each freelancer.
• At this point, the frequency and duration of assignments are uncertain. The goal is to establish a pool of freelancers ready to collaborate when our marketing team requires additional support.
