Role: Digital Growth & Retention Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who loves retention, automation, and marketplace optimization. You’ll combine creative storytelling with analytical precision to help thousands of women discover and engage with Ytaminz daily.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage Contlo CRM – build automations, flows, A/B tests, and reports
• Run and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, keyword research, ACoS tracking)
• Coordinate with Meta Ads agency – monitor ROAS, troubleshoot tracking, and share insights
• Build dashboards in Google Sheets / Looker Studio for Contlo, Amazon, and Meta performance
• Collaborate with the creative team for campaign visuals and A+ content
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend weekly optimization actions
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Contlo / CRM / Amazon Ads / Meta Ads)
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of Shopify, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple channels
