Job Description
•Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
Analyse, update, and refines existing online content.Orients instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.Facilitates discussion and collaboration via social media.Keeps current on best practices in instructional design.Develops storyboard and scripts for video and audio content.Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document and report the progress on the allocated tasks.Prepare and submit training reports, classroom observation reports, events, and other reports.Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Other Activities:
Collaborate with teachers, team members, and other TMF members to perform the assigned tasks effectively.Contribute to the development and publication of Annual Reports, newsletters, and other publications.Plan, coordinate, and participate in events organized by the Shikshaantar team.Participate in staff development activities and workshops which academically relevant for the subject team.Any other task assigned by the Program Director, Shikshaantar.
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience.
Qualification: Bachelor or Master in any discipline.
Professional Education: Diploma or higher degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
