ABOUT THE JOB
The successful candidate will be responsible for briefing the digital service center or creating online content assets for the Luxury Division portfolio of brands. Your primary objective will be to ensure that brand campaigns and products are animated online. You will frequently communicate with external vendors and merchants, and decision making will be focused on the digital customer experience.
This is a dynamic position, suited to someone with excellent communication skills, project management, and with an attention to detail and time management. This role has multiple stakeholders and requires organization to manage ones own time and deadlines to ensure animation of brands are upheld.
The role is based in the L’Oreal Auckland office and will be working closely, with the guidance of the Trade Marketing Managers.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing digital content across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing.
Work with agency on the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including e-retailer banners & paid social media campaigns.
Loading product information onto retailer portals for online accuracy of product descriptions and NPD
Assist communication lead with management of send outs, invite lists and social listening
Audit and maintain digital assets across our e-retail channels
ABOUT YOU
Proven success in Marketing and/or Admin (min. 1-2 years)
Have an interest in the prestige beauty industry
Strong attention to detail & deadline driven
Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient & timely manner
Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of digital landscape
Intermediate MS Excel Skills, basic experience with photoshop desired
The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results with minimal supervision.
