Role Objective
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead and grow the Digital & Social Media business at SAND Network. The role requires strong expertise in digital strategy, social media, client servicing, and revenue generation, with hands-on experience managing leading brands.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving client acquisition, strengthening brand partnerships, and scaling digital and social media mandates for existing and new clients. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, strong networking capabilities, and deep understanding of the advertising and digital marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables1. Revenue Generation
• Drive revenues from Digital & Social Media projects
• Consistently grow business from existing clients
• Support new client acquisition through strong industry networking
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies
• Lead digital and social media campaigns from concept to execution
• Ensure alignment of client objectives with business goals
3. Content Strategy & Optimization
• Oversee creation of engaging content across platforms:
• Blogs
• Videos
• Social media posts
• Ensure SEO-driven content optimization
• Contribute to digital content for SAND Network’s own brand
4. Social Media Management
• Lead social media strategy, community building, and engagement
• Drive platform growth and brand visibility for clients
• Ensure best practices and platform-specific strategies
5. SEO & SEM
• Guide keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
• Oversee paid search and performance marketing campaigns
• Ensure ROI-driven execution
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track KPIs and campaign performance
• Analyze data and consumer insights
• Present actionable reports and recommendations to clients
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and supervise digital team members
• Work closely with Client Servicing, Planning, and Creative teams
• Ensure seamless execution and delivery across departments
8. Market & Trend Awareness
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies
• Apply insights from consumer behavior, pop culture, and emerging trends

Qualifications
