"We Are Hiring." for a leading bank for the Position title Head Branch Digital Transformation / Salesforce Automation Grade DVP Location Jaipur/Mumbai Education BE/BTech/ MSC-IT from a reputed college / university Role and Responsibility We are looking for a Lead for Sales and Branch related systems and processes, who will work on all development tracks. The location would be Mumbai./Jaipur Will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects. Will report to the Chief Digital Officer and will be responsible for reimagining the Branches to make them tech-led. Will be responsible for driving, building and supporting the Technology teams to plan and execute the Build, Release and Test of all future features on the new and existing platform. This will include enabling best in class project teams as well as managing the active Service and retiring the legacy. Expertise and Experience 10 to 15 years in a corporate IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs. Experience with Sales CRM, Acquisition journeys, Tab based souring, LMS, LOS, CRM, Customer 360, Branch Setup, Kiosks, ATMs, OCR, RPA, etc. Work experience in a professional services industry Experience in managing external vendors, commercial negotiations Proven delivery excellence, ideally using Agile Responsible for driving and supporting the Technology teams to plan and execute Build, Release and Test all future features on new and existing platforms. This will include enabling best in class project teams as well as constantly improving the systems (IT for IT) Leading a team of resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget for the domain for which they have responsibility. Skills & Competencies: Proven track record of delivering projects and products with a team of in-house and outsourced resources 10 to 15 years of experience preferably in the banking / Sales / Branch domain Good acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable roadmaps Good tech and people leadership skills Excellent in Digital tech architecture, applications and use case development Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change Able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of stakeholders Interested Candidates can mail me at chhavi.sharmatalentchaseglobal.com
