Offer structured drop-in support (e.g., open computer lab or office hours) for clients needing hands-on assistance with devices, applications, or platforms.

Utilize remote and hybrid delivery tools to expand access to instruction and flexible learning opportunities.

Career Development & Economic Empowerment Integration

Collaborate closely with Employment, Career Development, Small Business Development, Financial Literacy, and Women’s Economic Empowerment teams to align digital instruction with service plans and placement goals.

Coordinate with primary caseworkers and career navigators to reinforce learning, ensure continuity of services, and support progress toward employment and self-sufficiency.

Support client access to digital devices, low-cost broadband options, and essential platforms required for workforce training, job placement, business development, and financial services.

Assist clients with internet adoption processes and navigation of free or affordable connectivity resources.

Coordination, Data, & Accountability

Track services, workshop attendance, learning outcomes, and referrals using IRC databases, digital case files, and other required data systems in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain documentation required for program monitoring, reporting, invoicing, and funder compliance.

Utilize data to assess effectiveness, identify gaps, and inform program improvements related to digital access and economic outcomes.

Program Development & Partnerships

Contribute to the development, refinement, and documentation of digital literacy curricula, standard operating procedures, and instruction materials
