Major Responsibilities
Role Overview: A Digital Marketer Fresher supports the digital marketing team in executing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Assistance: Help create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing. Assist with online ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Content Support: Develop and manage content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites. Schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
SEO and Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing web pages with on-page and off-page SEO techniques with basic knowledge of Google Sheets and google Docs.
Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, engage with audiences, and analyze performance to refine strategies.
Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior. Assist in creating reports and providing data-driven recommendations.
Paid Advertising: Support the setup and management of PPC campaigns, and help optimize based on performance metrics like CTR and CPC.
Learning Digital Tools: Learn to manage ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Understand basic digital marketing and IT terms and paid promotion strategies.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and assist in competitor analysis.
Team Collaboration: Work with content writers, SEO managers, designers, and developers to execute marketing campaigns and communicate progress to the marketing manager.
Key Skills:
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and Paid promotion marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Semrush, Uber Suggest, and social media tools.
Good communication and writing skills.
Analytical thinking and a willingness to learn new tools and strategies.
