At Skillstride, we are looking for a digital marketer who can support our marketing efforts and enhance our brand value.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.The candidate should be able to handle social media accounts (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube)
2. He/she should now the tips and techniques of these algorithms to improve reach, visibility and follower base.
3. He/she should be able to create segmented personas to create appropriate target audience for the business on these tools.
4. He/she should be able to run ads and boost content on these platforms.
5. He/she should be able to analyze the campaign performances and suggest necessary action for improvement.
6. He/she should be able to advise the content teams for optimized marketing content development.
7. He/she should know the fundamentals of search engine optimization to assist the SEO specialist in keyword research, link analysis and other areas of marketing.
8. He/she should have fundamental knowledge of email and WhatsApp marketing.
Person Specification:
1. The candidate must have learnt the concepts and technical aspects of social media marketing and search engine optimization.
2. He/she must have relevant work experience between 1-2 years. EdTech industry is preferrable but not mandatory.
3. He/she should be willing to work from office.
4. He/she should be ready to sign a one year contract with the company.
5. He/she must have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
6. He/she must be result-driven and enthusiastic professional adhering to all the company policies.
CTC Details:
Fixed Pay range: 3.6 - 4.2 lacs per annum
• Variable Pay: Three additional layers of incentives includes target achievement bonus, performance bonus and consistency bonus will be paid based on the results of KPIs
