Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to drive traffic, engage customers, and ultimately generate leads and sales.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, search, display, and mobile
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop content and messaging that is consistent with our brand and resonates with our target audience
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and make recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage the company's website, including optimizing content for search engines and ensuring a positive user experience
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing emails, segmenting lists, and analyzing results
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including creating ads, targeting audiences, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and web developers, to create high-quality digital assets that support our marketing goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing
• Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write and edit copy and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
