• *Job Summary**:

We are looking for a **Digital Marketer** with a strong **B2B**background to join our growing marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads for the business development team by creating and executing digital marketing campaigns tailored to attract potential clients. You will focus on driving customer acquisition through targeted strategies across various digital channels within the technology or IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize online campaigns to capture and convert leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline for the business development team.

- Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and target audience needs.

- Manage **organic search optimization** efforts; conduct keyword research and implement best practices in SEO.

- Analyze and track the performance of lead generation campaigns, optimizing strategies based on metrics such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software to manage and nurture leads through the funnel.

- Conduct market research to refine buyer personas and drive growth, and create targeted content (**whitepapers, case studies, eBook)**to engage and convert the audiences by showcasing expertise.

- Lead cross-functional integrated marketing campaign to ensure seamless alignment on brand positioning, creating high-impact messaging that differentiates the brand in a competitive landscape.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for lead generation within the tech/IT space.

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and lead generation techniques, especially within the technology/IT industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business development and sales teams.

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., **HubSpot, MailChimp, Marketo, Jira, Zoho, SEMrush, GA, Google Search Console) to manage and nurture leads.**

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday
