Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Bengaluru (preferred) or Remote
Work Type: Full-time
Brands: Holford International (interior fit-out), Dekkor Mobilia (furniture trading), and a Calicut-based accounting firm
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to elevate the digital presence of multiple brands across diverse industries. This role involves crafting high-impact content, managing cross-platform campaigns, and aligning marketing strategies with brand goals. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement and growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Planning
Develop monthly content calendars for each brand
Design engaging posts: reels, carousels, graphics, and captions tailored to each brand's identity
Social Media Management
Handle daily management of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice
Campaign Execution
Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
Track campaign performance and optimize for conversions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams for updates, launches, and milestones
Support email marketing, blog writing, and landing page creation
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports
Recommend improvements based on data insights
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
Strong skills in visual storytelling, copywriting, and social media trends
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Ability to manage multiple brands with distinct tones and target audiences
Familiarity with SEO best practices and platform algorithms
Knowledge of tools like Notion, Trello, Canva/Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace
