Job Description
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to reach the monthly goals
• Collaborate with the development team to create landing pages and automation
• Develop & test new creative growth strategies for social media marketing on Facebook & Instagram
• Planning and executing monthly digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SMM, email, and social media marketing.
• Presenting the monthly digital marketing plan to the management team
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Evaluating the funnels & optimizing the funnels
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
• Build a strong online community on Facebook
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Managing the team of graphic designers, content writers & performance marketers & aligning them to achieve the monthly goals on time
• Smart account managers, Automate - Delegate - Manage & Prioritise day-to-day tasks. They are responsible for following the process, guidelines & training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills:
Communication Skills communicating thoughtfully, accurately, and efficiently is necessary for establishing relationships; corresponding in person or through email; making presentations, and writing comprehensive reports
Project Management as a manager you'll have to juggle multiple campaigns, teams, and departments. Good project management skills are needed to balance such a heavy workload.
Presentation Skills A successful digital marketing manager knows how to deliver an engaging presentation for the decision-makers
Personnel Management managers have to work with the internal & external teams to create, implement, and maintain effective marketing campaigns. Someone with proven personnel management skills can effectively delegate tasks, motivate staff to excellence, and coordinate activities with peak efficiency
Software Proficiency balancing multiple campaigns, and activities become simpler by orders of magnitude with the right task management software & tools. Busy digital account managers rely on these systems to streamline their workflow and maximize time and effort
Perks and Benefits
Bachelor's degree in any stream. Postgraduate in marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
- 5 + years of working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams & multiple marketing campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Managers with content writing skills would be preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
