Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective Facebook Ads strategies to meet business objectives and targets.
Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget allocation.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Optimize campaigns regularly by monitoring performance, analyzing key metrics, and adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Facebook advertising.
Conduct A/B testing and leverage data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and increase ROI.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Facebook advertising policies and guidelines, staying informed about any changes or updates.
Continuously explore new advertising features, tools, and opportunities within the Facebook Ads platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns and achieving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad formats, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Analytics for campaign management and performance analysis.
Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaigns.
Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and adapt campaigns to maximize results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Facebook Blueprint certification or equivalent.
Experience with other digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Twitter Ads.
Knowledge of web analytics tools and conversion rate optimization techniques.
