We are looking for a skilled SEO and Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and implement strategies that will drive organic traffic to our website and enhance our brand presence across social media platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing our website for search engines, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content to attract and retain our target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, social media trends, and analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO optimization
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings
Develop and implement link building strategies to increase domain authority and organic traffic
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular reports on key metrics
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness of SEO strategies
Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Create and schedule engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and social media strategies with overall business goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in SEO and social media marketing with a track record of driving results
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and ranking factors
Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends
