Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing analytics tools, tracking and monitoring digital data, preparing insightful dashboards, and supporting product and marketing teams with data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate should have experience in GTM implementation, GA4 account optimization, strong presentation skills with tools like Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel, and a solid understanding of SEO, SMO, campaigns, and analytics requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Implementation and Tag Management:
• Experience in GTM implementation (or any tag management tool)
• GA4 Account Optimisation and Configuration
• Good presentation skills with Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel
• Tracking, monitoring, and analysing digital data Prepare dashboards for the product and marketing teams based on requirements.
• GTM tag development for tracking events, videos, downloads, etc.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• It's good to understand the SEO, SMO, campaigns, and analytics requirements.
• Develop and maintain GTM tags for tracking events, videos, downloads, conversions, and other relevant user interactions.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation and data integrity.
• Configure and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) account settings, goals, custom dimensions, and attribution models.
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior, conversions, and other key performance indicators using GA4.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track, monitor, and analyze digital data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare visually appealing and informative dashboards using tools like Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel.
Provide regular reports to the product and marketing teams, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
Digital Campaign Tracking and Optimization:
Implement tracking mechanisms for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide recommendations for improving ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
SEO and SMO Understanding:
Collaborate with the SEO team to analyze website performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic patterns.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
Understand social media optimization (SMO) strategies and provide recommendations for optimizing social media campaigns.
Communication and Presentation:
Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Create visually appealing presentations and reports that effectively convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing analytics efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in GTM implementation or any other tag management tool.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and its configuration.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, or Excel.
Experience in tracking, monitoring, and analyzing digital data to derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with SEO, SMO, and digital marketing campaign tracking and optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media analytics) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification) are desirable but not mandatory
