As a lean and growing team, we are looking for someone who can independently manage and grow our digital presence and become a key pillar of our brand's outreach.
Role Summary:
We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive who will be solely responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing our complete digital marketing efforts — from social media to website performance and everything in between.
This is not just a content posting job. The ideal candidate must be experienced, strategically minded, hands-on with all digital platforms, a proactive researcher, and able to work independently. A strong understanding of website development (especially WordPress or equivalent) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Operations:
Plan and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
Handle SEO and SEM strategies for growth
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
Social Media & Content Execution:
Handle social media profiles across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Design content strategies in sync with news cycles and educational trends
Increase engagement, brand visibility, and subscriber base organically and through paid media
Website Development & Maintenance:
Develop, update, and manage our news website (preferably WordPress)
Handle speed optimization, UI improvements, technical SEO, and plugin management
Ensure news is updated promptly and the site is mobile-optimized
Research & News Alignment:
Stay updated with educational news, competitive exam dates, UGC/CBSE/AICTE notices, and policy changes
Convert research into digital content strategies and ensure accurate information is pushed through digital channels
Email & Performance Marketing:
Build and manage newsletters and email campaigns for subscribers
Segment lists, manage databases, and drive engagement with click-throughs and conversions
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
Strong command over WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Exceptional written and research skills in English
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to work during standard day shift hours
