The Digital Marketing and Web Development Specialist will play a dual role in our organization
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with web development, ensuring the smooth operation, design, and functionality of websites, and will also support paid digital marketing campaigns
This individual will be client-facing, acting as a key resource in guiding franchisees, addressing web or marketing issues, and providing strategic recommendations for improvements
This role will be instrumental in ensuring our websites function seamlessly and in optimizing our digital marketing efforts
Web Development & Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites for both corporate and franchise locations, ensuring high performance and user experience across all devices
Digital Marketing Expertise: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, etc.) for franchisees and the corporate brand
Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for franchise owners and other clients, providing guidance on web-related issues, marketing campaigns, and technical inquiries
Strategy & Recommendations: Offer strategic insights on website improvements, digital marketing optimizations, and best practices to drive traffic, improve conversions, and enhance user engagement
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align web development efforts with broader marketing and business goals
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on website performance and digital campaign results, using data to make recommendations for future improvements

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing and Web Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our websites function seamlessly and in optimizing our digital marketing efforts.
