21 Digital, a leading digital marketing agency are seeking an analytical focussed Digital Marketing Apprentice to embark on a rewarding journey where you'll learn about how to use SEO and Google Ads to drive sales, and you will harness the power of data to optimise marketing campaigns across various channels. From analysing performance metrics to identifying trends and opportunities, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies and driving growth.

In this role, youll work towards your Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
• Assist in reviewing and optimising SEO and PPC campaigns to drive website traffic and engagement.
• Craft compelling written content for brochures, leaflets, and blog posts, helping them captivate audiences.
• Develop and track the performance of engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Assisting the wider team with day-to-day marketing tasks and projects.
• Learn and utilise industry-standard platforms like WordPress, Magento, and Shopify for content management.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:
• £13,318 per annum
• Working Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30
• 14:30 finish on Fridays!

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
• You possess a passion for marketing analytics and enjoy data-driven decision making.
• Ideally, you've completed a college course in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
• You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• You have a commitment to learning and a desire to constantly grow your skillset.
• A Grade 5/C in Maths and Grade 4/C in English at GCSE is required for this role.

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become a content creator.
