Job Description
1. Content Creation & Management
Develop visually appealing and engaging content related to interior design trends, tips, and completed projects.
Assist in creating blog posts, project case studies, before-and-after visuals, and client testimonials.
Update and maintain the company’s website with new content and portfolio items.
2. Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn).
Schedule and post content regularly with the right hashtags and captions to increase visibility.
Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with potential clients and influencers.
3. Paid Advertising
Assist in running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns targeting local or niche interior design clients.
Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements for better lead generation.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Optimize website content for relevant keywords like “home interior design,” “office space décor,” etc.
Conduct keyword research specific to the target audience and region.
Help improve website rankings on Google to increase organic traffic.
5. Email Marketing
Build and maintain a list of potential and past clients.
Create monthly newsletters showcasing recent work, promotions, or design tips.
Track open rates and engagement metrics.
6. Lead Generation & Conversion
Set up lead capture forms on the website and landing pages.
Follow up on inquiries received through the website and social media platforms.
Maintain and update a CRM or client database with new leads.
7. Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance.
Prepare monthly reports on digital campaigns, website traffic, and lead generation efforts.
8. Branding & Design Support
Assist with creating marketing materials such as brochures, digital flyers, and presentation decks.
Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's brand aesthetics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
Marketing
Business Administration
Communications
Digital Media
Public Relations
or a related field
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:
Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms such as:
Google Digital Garage (Fundamentals of Digital Marketing)
HubSpot Content Marketing or Email Marketing Certification
Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certifications
Google Ads or Analytics certifications
