OptFirst is a full-service online marketing firm that specializes in search engine optimization, Google Ads, paid social media ads, and website development. We are looking for a new team member that can step in and assist all departments with both administrative tasks and project support.
We are looking for someone who:
Will find it easy to jump from one task to another
Is comfortable communicating over the phone and via email in both English and Spanish (Spanish is strongly preferred but not a requirement)
Can create social media content and post across platforms
Has a strong grasp of the English language
Can type fast
Is a true team player - we are a small team that depends on each other for success!
This is an entry-level position with no prior marketing experience required. All we are looking for is somebody willing to learn our processes and grow with the company as we expand. The right person should find the position challenging, but also rewarding.
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Assistant will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, maintain brand presence across social media platforms, and prepare reports that track campaign performance. This role is perfect for someone with strong writing skills, a creative eye for social media, and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Write blog posts for client websites, following their unique brand voice and SEO best practices.
Write and schedule social media posts for clients across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create and post engaging content for OptFirst’s social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Assist with social media content planning, research trending topics, and recommend creative ideas.
Prepare monthly marketing reports for clients using analytics tools.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute new marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, content marketing, analytics).
Comfortable with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
Previous experience in a marketing or content creation role.
Schedule:
Two part-time positions available:
Monday-Friday
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Afternoon Shift: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Ability to commute/relocate:
Miami, FL 33161: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Language:
Fluent in English
Proficient in Spanish (not required)
