Digital Marketing Associate - SEA (m/f/d)

We support them from our international offices — in Berlin, London, New York and Mumbai.
//Your responsibilities
• Along with our Online Marketing Managers you plan, develop and optimize wide-ranging Paid Search Campaigns (PPC) for our retail clients
• You have a good understanding of a Digital Marketing Ecosystem
• You carefully analyze campaign performances, evaluate, and interpret performance related KPIs
• You prepare accurate reports and showcase the results in convincing presentations
• You continuously optimize and assure the quality control of campaigns with regards to defined client goals
• You make ads even more efficient by researching keywords and market trends
• You execute end-to-end tasks and report on SEM campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads while consulting clients on strategies for their SEM activities
• You work on the Google Ads, Microsoft Ads UI, other Editors and make use of proprietary campaign building and third-party reporting tools such as Power BI to build, optimize and report on the campaign success of your clients
// Your profile
• You’ve successfully completed your Master’s degree or further education in marketing, business administration or a related field
• Ideally, you’ve gained at least one year of experience in Online Marketing—where you cultivated a strong interest in Search Engine Advertising (SEA/PPC)
• You are interested and passionate about the online retail industry
• You love to crunch numbers and posses solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• You convince us with strong communication skills in English at a proficient level as well as demonstrate an organized, autonomous and team-oriented working style
• Detail-oriented, you’re a self-starter who craves responsibility
