Job Description: Digital Marketing Associate (0-1 Year Experience) Duties & Responsibilities: Google Business Profile Management: • Schedule and manage posts, including offer posts, for all 24 locations of Shivam Autozone. • Monitor and promptly respond to customer reviews, direct messages (DMs), and questions on Google Business Profile. • Address concerns and complaints efficiently and escalate issues to the relevant teams when necessary. • Create daily statistics reports for Google Business Profile across all 24 locations. WhatsApp Campaign Management: • Create WhatsApp templates as required, submit them for Meta approval, and schedule them across channels. • Manage WhatsApp campaigns to promote products, services, and events. • Track campaign performance and metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels. • Gather feedback from leads generated through WhatsApp campaigns and use it for improvement. • Create daily statistics reports for WhatsApp campaigns. SEO Content Writing: • Write engaging, SEO-friendly content for various digital platforms to drive traffic and enhance online presence. • Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Online Reputation Management (ORM): • Monitor and manage the online reputation of Shivam Autozone on Google Business Profile and other platforms. • Respond to reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image. • Address any negative feedback or complaints and take appropriate actions for resolution. Data Analysis and Reporting: • Use analytics data to make informed decisions about marketing strategies. • Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance and digital marketing activities. Market Place Management: • Manage listings and customer interactions on various marketplaces such as Indiamart and Justdial. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available across all platforms. • Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO. • Proficiency in using Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, and other relevant platforms. • Ability to analyze data and create reports. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle online reputation management. Experience: • 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field. • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
