Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Associate located in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for implementing social media marketing strategies, executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics data, and managing online marketing activities. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You are supposed to work with the Marketing, Sales & Product team jointly on various channels. This includes the below mentioned, but it is not limited to:
• Develop, implement, and manage the lead generation and prospect sourcing programs for revenue generation by providing high quality B2B leads to the Sales Team.
• Lead participation in virtual and physical events including pre-event promotion, audience engagement strategy, and post-event nurture.
• Helping plan customer engagement and brand retention with existing customers.
• Measuring the impact of the marketing initiatives.
• Setting standards and processes which will aid in improving the brand positioning through all communication channels.
• Continuously self-educate with the financial services landscape and new regulations and compliances & conducting marketing research to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Graphic/Content Designing- Video Creation, Social Media Posts & Other Marketing Material
• Content Writing for Social Media (Posts/Blogs/Website)
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (intermediate/Proficient)
Qualifications
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Experience in web analytics and online marketing
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
• Experience with email marketing campaigns
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
