Job Description:
Manage Intellemo's clients through multiple channels such as chat, email, phone call, and video calls.
Support a client to launch their marketing campaign on social media platforms via Intellemo platform.
Troubleshooting any issues faced by client while editing a post, choosing targeting and launching a campaign.
Analysing reports and sending marketing campaign recommendations.
Proactively communicating and reporting progress to the client's team.
A/B testing multiple communications, creatives and landing pages.
Coordinating with Intellemo's creative team and development team for achieving goals of client.
Always looking to learn new skills that can be an opportunity to boost results.
Following set processes in the framework for precise implementation, while bringing creativity and out of the box solutions for the dynamic environment and bringing best results for client.
Skills:
Freshers are welcome.
Must have managed a some paid marketing budget of atleast INR 10,000 / month.
Thorough understanding of Google ads and Facebook Ad platform.
Great communication skills and humility to present the progress properly to clients and brand team.
Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines.
Annual Salary Range: 2-4 LPA
Job Location:
Temporary WFH
Once WFO begins from April 2026, employees will have to relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana.
We provide laptop allowance to reimburse EMI on buying a new laptop over and above salary.
We have 5 working days 10AM-7PM normally, but days of the week can be Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun as per business requirements. Especially for client facing role
