Hypronline is a growing Digital & Content Marketing Company based out of Gurugram, India
We work with multiple clients in various domains within and outside India. We are looking to hire a full-time social media manager / Digital Marketing/Growth Hacker to work on various client projects and deliver the best results in terms of increasing the followers, regular content postings, and paid marketing campaigns to generate business leads on Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other networks.
To be a successful digital marketer, you must know the latest tools and techniques for increasing social media followers, smart ways to set up and post as per the content calendar, a research-oriented approach in generating leads,
Responsibilities
• Expertise in scheduling and posting content on multiple social profiles of clients using tools like Hootsuite etc.
• Adding daily followers, subscribers, and members to the communities. New techniques to add followers
• Good understanding of WordPress and other CMS platforms
• Blog updations on websites
• Research and connections on LinkedIn
• Preparing Client reports
• Knowledge of Influencer Marketing
• Expertise in Paid marketing campaigns for Indian Clients across platforms like Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Ability to research on competitors and identify trending topics
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
• Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
• Identifying clients’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in their current content.
• Attending Client calls
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, Digital Marketing
• Minimum 2-3Years of experience with a Digital Agency is a must.
• Proven digital marketing track record in an agency
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication skills.
