Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our
Digital Marketing Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating
new business and expanding our client base through strategic sales initiatives in the digital
marketing sphere. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, digital marketing
understanding, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through networking, cold-calling,
and strategic research.
2. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective
clients, showcasing our digital marketing services and their value proposition.
3. Client Acquisition: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closure,
ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
4. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
5. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting
as the primary point of contact for all client sales-related inquiries.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to
ensure aligned strategies and cohesive client experiences.
7. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely feedback to the management team on sales
progress and market intelligence. Prepare and present regular sales reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a business development or sales role, preferably
within the digital marketing industry.
2. Digital Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of digital marketing services,
including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.
3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to clearly articulate ideas and persuade potential clients.
4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and
achieve sales targets.
5. Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, both in preparing materials and in
delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
6. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive
offerings to effectively position our services.
7. Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
