Job Description
• The Digital Marketing and Social Media Intern (paid ads) will work alongside the team to implementing brand and digital strategy for brand portfolios. Utilising digital platforms and channels to building market leadership, promoting key product offering and maximising conversions across different platforms using various marketing campaigns.
• The right individual for this position is a self-starter, strategic problem solver, digital innovator driving engagement and lead conversions.
• You’ll work on all digital ‘touch points’ including areas such as content curation and distribution, optimisation of digital channels, conversions, reporting and digital analytics.
• The ultimate goal will be to driving greater engagement, lead conversions, driving growth in revenue and increase market brand awareness.
Role Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
• Need experience in hands on digital marketing/Social Media marketing
• Multitask and reprioritise tasks often - Essential
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a passion for marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing and designing softwares, social media platforms.
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
Responsibilities
• Perform market research, analysis, evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
• Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly
• Create and brainstorm engaging social media creatives/marketing collateral/content
• Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands
• Help create marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.
• Help execute, monitor and measure marketing campaigns and their success
• Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
