We currently operate 60 stores across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, and Tasmania with a growing online presence.

More About the Role

Are you passionate about creating impactful digital marketing campaigns and supporting the growth of an iconic brand? As our Digital Content Specialist, you will drive Harris Scarfe’s online presence through strategic content creation, social media management, and digital storytelling. Your creativity and analytical mindset will be crucial in crafting content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand visibility. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, merchandise, and creative teams to ensure our messaging remains consistent, cohesive, and impactful across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

Social Media Management

Strategically plan, schedule, and execute social content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Ensure consistent messaging and align content with brand objectives.

Develop innovative content for both organic and paid social channels to drive brand awareness and increase audience engagement.

Content Strategy & Performance Reporting

Analyse and report on content performance weekly and monthly, using data-driven insights to refine and optimise future campaigns.

Community Management

Participate in community engagement by actively responding to comments and messages, fostering strong relationships with our audience.

Build a loyal customer base by enhancing brand presence through consistent and meaningful communication.
