The goal is to become the most preferred snacking platform for families by un-junking their favourite snacks. Open Secret is currently available through their website at https://opensecret.in, multiple ecommerce platforms, and across offline stores Pan India where they sell their entire range of un-junked snacks along with other partner brands including; Nutty Cookies, Nutty Chips, Flavoured Nuts, Nutty Shake Mixes, Chocolates, Nutty Spreads etc.
About the CEO and Co-Founder:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
Responsibilities:
1. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
4. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
5. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
6. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
7. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
8. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
9. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
10. Evaluates emerging technologies.
11. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year experience.
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
3. Preferred candidates from Ad agencies or other D2C Brands.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
