Pfaff Harley-Davidson is actively seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 4–5 years of marketing experience, a passion for brand storytelling, and a strong understanding of digital and event-based marketing.
Summary:
We are looking for a self-starter with proven marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supporting the dealership’s marketing strategy, including digital content creation, event coordination, social media management, and local campaign execution—all while aligning with the Harley-Davidson brand standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and events to drive traffic and engagement
Manage social media platforms and create compelling, brand-aligned content
Support the development and distribution of digital marketing materials (email, web, paid media)
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns
Analyze marketing performance and provide regular reporting
Required Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and content tools
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an asset
Graphic design or video editing skills considered a plus
