Position Objectives Summary : As an Entry-Level Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key supporting role in building and maintaining our online presence. This is a great opportunity for a digitally savvy, creative thinker to gain hands-on experience across a variety of digital channels.

In this role, you’ll assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with different departments to support brand awareness efforts and help drive traffic to our website, contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategy.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

Content Creation: Support the development of engaging digital content for social media, emails, blog posts, and e-commerce platforms aligned with brand guidelines.

Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking basic performance metrics.

E-Commerce Assistance: Help manage online store tasks such as updating product listings, responding to customer chats, and supporting online promotions and campaigns.

Paid Advertising Support: Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.

SEO & SEM Basics: Apply foundational SEO practices to website content, and support the team in executing basic SEM strategies.

Analytics & Reporting: Assist in gathering and organizing data from tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance and identify trends.

Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives and gain exposure to collaborative marketing efforts

Additional Responsibilities / Duties:

Design assets for email marketing, social media channels and e-commerce.

Assist in the creation of marketing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills / Abilities:

Familiarity with major social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and e-commerce marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C and product-focused environment.

Knowledge and Experience:

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Shopify, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Mailchimp, as well as proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.

Ability to work with data, recognize trends, and assist in turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Education : Marketing graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
