As a Digital Marketing cum SEO Specialist the incumbent would be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing overall digital marketing strategy for the company. Collaborating with other teams to create and execute campaigns that promote the organisation's brand, products, and services.
The incumbent would also be responsible for overseeing the creation of content, social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimisation, and paid advertising campaigns Analysing and optimising online content to improve its search engine ranking and drive more traffic to the site and its applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the organisation's overall marketing objectives.
• Manage the postings on various social media channels and monitor its acceptance and performance.
• Oversee the creation of content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Implement search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve the company’s search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Develop and implement link building strategies to improve the site's domain authority and search engine ranking.
• Collaborate with content creation, design and other members to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
Skills Required
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with 7-12 years of relevant work experience
