Job Description:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO, etc.)
• Plan, design and execute online customer acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content, etc.) to create and distribute engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and sharing relevant and engaging content that builds brand awareness, drives traffic and engages followers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Monitor and report on website analytics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to identify areas of improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and share this knowledge with the team.
• Plan and manage social media and content marketing campaigns
• Work in conjunction with cross functional teams to plan and execute large scale marketing campaigns
• Measure, analyse and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success
Competency:
• Experience in executing online customer acquisition campaigns at large scale.
• Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Google Adwords, Display, YouTube, Facebook, ad networks etc. including how to setup campaigns from scratch or modify existing ones
• In-depth understanding of online marketing landscape to plan and execute strategies in affiliate marketing, search & display marketing, social media and others.
• Knowledge of leading technology tools used for various marketing campaigns.
• Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets as well as delivery portfolio
• Market intelligence around best practices & current trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time sensitive business initiatives
