What will you be doing?
Responsible for overall development and execution of strategies to acquire new customers through various digital channels such organic (paid social and paid media), paid, affiliate and re-engagement campaign (digital and assisted)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business objectives
Develop annual marketing plans including investment by digital channel, market segment and manage financial and operational performance across all digital channels Ensure successful and in-budget execution of acquisition strategy by managing and debottlenecking with internal and external partners
Who can apply?
Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA from a Tier 1 college preferred). 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on customer acquisition.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital acquisition strategies across multiple channels (paid media, PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, etc.). In-depth knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g., MMP like AppsFlyer, CMP like MoEngage) and data analytics tools (e.g., Google analytics)
• Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
