We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, along with basic photography and videography skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for clients across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to enhance engagement and conversions.
Create, manage, and analyse paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Create engaging visual content, including basic photography and videography, for social media and digital marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and advertising platforms.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content creation.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
Basic photography and videography skills, with the ability to create visual content for social media.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Bonus Skills:
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Experience in SEO/SEM.
Knowledge of influencer marketing.
