6 months- 5years of experience in Brand management
Led marketing for a fast-growing brand
Can Demonstrate past experience in building a brand with proven results
A mix of online and offline marketing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
Management of the digital marketing campaigns
Effectively formulating Onsite & Offsite optimization activities.
Management of SEO Executives and content writers
Produce & manage keyword research, technical, content, link and social audits - analysis and documentation.
Make recommendations regarding optimization or implement directly when appropriate.
Work closely with internal team to develop integrated digital strategies.
Managing all of the activities and processes required to effectively run SEO & Social campaigns.
Delivering an excellent time bounded SEO services.
Analyzing the performance of campaigns, identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change in order to hit and exceed expectations and KPIs.
Stay abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in SEO, social media, PPC, analytics, online marketing, E-commerce and online consumer behavior.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing communication
Consumer research and online reputation management strategy for the organization.
Design and Develop Marketing Vision, Brand Communication Strategy.
To enhance brand awareness.
Take overall accountability to set up the processes starting from Lead generation to conversion across multiple customer touch points.
Managing creative, digital and media agencies is another critical requirement of the portfolio along with marketing budget planning and management.
Digital Marketing
To manage the digital strategy and content direction.
Understanding of paid campaign strategies across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and more).
Understanding of analytics tools to track and capture KPIs of the campaigns.
Partnerships and Influencer Marketing
Run successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and geographies
Brand building through meaningful storytelling, campaigns, and effective marketing strategies.
Timely execution of all marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in coordination with various
agencies (creative, media, packaging, vendors etc.).
Responsible for the creation of marketing collaterals as per marketing campaigns.
Department management
Manage the entire marketing mix for the emerging consumer durable brand.
Brand campaigns, budgeting, coordination, PR, SEO, Email Marketing, Event planning, Influencer Engagement, Online Customer Reviews and Marketing Strategies.
Organization contribution
Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
Researching and organizing facts and sources
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
