About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. This role involves hands-on social media management, video content creation, SEO, and website handling.
You will play a key role in building brand visibility through engaging content, optimising our online presence, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage company website and social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube).
Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
Create, schedule, and publish posts consistently.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Content Creation (Video + Creatives)
Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos).
Handle basic video production: scripting, shooting, editing.
Design creatives, carousels, and posts using Canva or similar tools.
Stay updated with content trends and experiment with new formats.
SEO & Website Management
Perform basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages.
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with developers for website updates when required.
Marketing Support
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns.
Support paid promotions and ad campaigns (basic level).
Collaborate with internal teams for content and campaign requirements.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of social media, website, and campaigns.
Use tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
Share basic reports and improvement suggestions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
Basic knowledge of SEO and website management.
Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Experience with design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Good communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Good to Have
Experience in IT, SaaS, or B2B industry.
Knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google Ads).
Exposure to AI tools for content creation.
Portfolio of social media work or content.
