Mandate Skill Set
– Understanding of Digital Marketing Concepts, and should be familiar with SEO marketing techniques.
– Google Analytics, Web Analytics Tools, Google Advertising
– Good analytical skills to analyze and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Preferable Skills
– Understanding of how Digital integrates with the overall Marketing strategy and helps with brand identity, engagement all the way to creating demand in the market for the products and services.
– Knowledge and understanding of technological trends.
– Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers.
– Support in the planning and execution of all the SEO, web, social media, email and display marketing campaigns for the marketing team.
– Working collaboratively with core marketing, product marketing, product and sales team and a relentless focus on what is best for the consumer, and the organization.
– Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc,) in line with brand building and positioning strategies.
– Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
– Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.), Keeping up-to-date with trends in social media.
– Assist and proactively support in preparation of newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
– Assist the content writer and provide creative ideas for content marketing and updating of Riaxe and child websites.
– Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
– Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Educational Requirement
– Graduation / Marketing Related Qualification
– Digital Marketing Certification (preferred, but not required)
