Overview
Layam Advertising, a 34 year-old agency based out of Chennai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company's online and offline marketing strategy, including website management/optimisation, engagement, content marketing, email marketing, social media, online advertising, events, brand awareness/building, customer acquisition, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns
Website Management: Manage and optimise the company website, including making updates and changes as needed, and ensuring that the site is optimised for search engines
Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance
Online Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns that drive traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness on platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, including setting up campaigns, creating ad copy, analysing performance, optimising lead generation, and managing lead nurturing efforts
Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment
Market Research and Growth Opportunities: Identify new opportunities for growth through market research and analysis
Trends and Technologies: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Skills:
Proficiency in marketing automation and digital marketing tools
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience with customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns
Experience with brand management and reputation management
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
More than 2 years of experience in advertising industry is a must.
